PERSONNEL

RDC maintains ongoing training programs for field personnel which include OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Materials Site Worker Training, OSHA Medical Monitoring, USDOT certifications and physicals, plus annual and random testing for use of controlled substances. We also have Railroad and MSHA training on an as-needed basis.

Reynolds Drilling Corporation is an active participant in the Illinois Groundwater Professional Association.  Many individuals of the company have served on the Board of Directors, and our personnel attend, and / or instruct continuing education classes annually.

RDC has on staff two bucket rig crews, three test rig crews, a probe unit crew, laboratory and office staff, and support personnel.

Douglas W, Hischke, PG

President

Doug is a Licensed Water Well Driller in Indiana (License 1318), Professional Geologist in Kentucky (KY-1302), and a Licensed Monitor Well Driller. Mr. Hischke has 25+ years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling, including deep and shallow foundations, bridges, dams, lagoons and impoundments. Environmental experience includes: LUST sites, RCRA sites, CERCLA sites, and environmental property audits.

Mr. Hischke earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Illinois Springfield in 1994. Mr. Hischke is a member of the National Groundwater Association and a member of the Illinois Association of Groundwater Professionals.

As President, Mr. Hischke presides over day-to-day business of the company as well as contracts with multiple clients (including residential and industrial/commercial) for drilling services). Mr. Hischke also has experience in test drilling, rock coring, packer testing, geotechnical borings and monitoring well installation

Andy Wiesenhofer

Vice President; Drilling Supervisor

Andy is an Illinois Licensed Water Well Driller (#102-003134 October 1998) and Pump Installer with 25+ years of experience in environmental, geotechnical and water well drilling, abandonments, and pump system installations. Mr. Wiesenhofer is a member of the National Groundwater Association and was a member of the board of directors for Illinois Association of Groundwater Professionals from 2000 through 2012.

Mr. Wiesenhofer conducts test drilling including rock coring, packer testing, geotechnical borings, direct-push borings, drill-rig placement and monitoring well installation.  

Mr. Wiesenhofer has experience in cable-tool, bucket, mud rotary and hollow stem auger rig operation as well as the installation of water and monitoring wells and methane gas vents.

Mr. Wiesenhofer joined AE Exploration in 1994, and served as Drilling Supervisor until merging with RDC in 2000. Mr. Wiesenhofer was the Supervisor of Drilling Operations for RDC until 2014, when he assumed the role of Vice President.

James Hamilton

Service Manager

Mr. Hamilton is an Illinois Licensed Water Well Driller and Pump Installer.  James joined Reynolds Well Drilling in 1993, and became the Service Manager in 2001.  James oversees the installation of new water well pumps, Troubleshoots water well system problems, performs maintenance on water systems, tests and installs water treatment systems, and performs well sealing and abandonments for unused wells.

Jolene E. Stephens, Esq.

Director – Environmental Consulting/Environmental Professional

Jolene is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and has a Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law; a Certificate in Environmental Law; a Bachelor of Science in Science and Letters Curriculum, Geology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ms. Stephens is the Director of Environmental Consulting with Reynolds Environmental Consulting (a division of Reynolds Drilling Corp.) with consulting experience primarily in the area of environmental site assessment and remediation environmental regulatory compliance, as well as environmental development consultation, groundwater, surface water and wetlands issues. Ms. Stephens plans, directs, oversees and participates in work projects involving environmental sampling/monitoring, environmental site assessment/remediation and compliance with environmental regulations. Her responsibilities at Reynolds include budget preparation, client contact, billing, and review. Ms. Stephens has 10 years of experience conducting AAI-compliant (via ASTM E1527) Phase I ESAs as well as 10 years of experience conducting ASTM compliant Phase II ESAs. Ms. Stephens has successfully guided a number of remediation sites through the Illinois EPA's Voluntary Site Remediation Program (SRP).

Prior to working in the environmental consulting field, Ms. Stephens' experience included an internship with the Pace University School of Law Environmental Litigation Clinic, representing the Hudson Riverkeeper environmental action group. Her accomplishments included drafting preliminary amicus curiae brief and participation in the final drafting of an amicus curiae brief for filing with the United States Supreme Court regarding a pivotal water pollution action as well as researching and drafting legal memoranda for a New York water pollution action.

RDC maintains a complete package of commercial insurance including $2,000,000.00 of general liability and pollution liability along with the required Workers Compensation Insurance, Auto, and Professional Liability Insurance.
